1. ENGAGEMENT
The Host engages the Speaker to perform speaking services (“Services”) at the Event, and the Speaker agrees to this engagement, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

The Speaker gives the Host permission to use their name, photograph, and profile for promoting and advertising the Event.
2. SERVICES
The Speaker agrees to present on the agreed-upon topic with the Host during the Event.
All sessions will be recorded, with me serving as the host in a format similar to a podcast interview. While you are welcome to use slides during your session, please note that sessions without slides tend to be more engaging and interactive, with a focus on lively Q&A.
You will be asked to provide a list of 5 questions related to your topic, as you are the expert on the subject matter. This is in alignment with my human design and ensures a smoother, more engaging conversation.
Each session will typically last approximately 30-45 minutes and will be designed to deliver maximum value. You are encouraged to make your session actionable, providing clear and practical takeaways for the audience. Depending on your topic, this may include 1-2 key actionable steps to assist attendees in growing their business.
The Speaker agrees to actively promote the Summit in a way that aligns with their unique audience and preferred communication style. While the specific methods are flexible, the Speaker is expected to contribute to the event’s success by sharing it with their community through thoughtful and meaningful promotion. This collaborative effort ensures the Summit reaches its full potential for everyone involved.
